The Ruthless one
Kwame was a man on a mission in week 30. But it pains us to see him unable to hold on to his lead. As we predicted, Bren took top spot. We do love an underdog, but love and winning are two separate things entirely. No doubt Kwame is a lovely man but Bren is a ruthless winner.
Bren goes joint top in wins with 9.
Bungs was joint bottom before he stormed to the top with three correct Champions League scores. His midweek performance was unrivalled taking 9 from 12! Allowing him to match the all time top score. No one since his Mrs has seen ANY ONE arrive from behind so expertly and regularly.
Matthew was the second best performer midweek. With two correct scores after Tuesday nights fixtures he would have thought he had this in the bag. Very unfortunate on this occasion Matthew.
Haydn sank to third after an inspired weekend performance whilst Sam appears to have lost more than few yards of pace since he came back.
Pranaye off his perch
League 3 was cruel to Pranaye! The week gave him ample opportunity to match his previous all time top score of 16 (Pranaye was the first to set the bar) Stevie and Gordon both in second and third a few days ago, nudged Pranaye into third.
Alizah after a week of dizzy heights seems to have found her self back where she has dwelled all season! She did share with me that she is vertically challenged, I wasn't sure if she was referring to her height (5 foot 1) or her weekly league position mind.
Maz records his top score of the season but unfortunately it impacted little else.
Week 31 is up so get your scores in.
And here is how it stands.
